Email Marketing Leads List
Important thing to note before getting into this type of endeavor is that many of the lists for sale have dormant recycled and abandoned email accounts. I’ve gone down this road before and it’s not pretty. My advice is to create yourself some sort of squeeze with an wutoresponder and then use a traffic source that is targeted towards whatever it is that you are selling.
Building your Email Marketing Leads List more effectively
Many time purchasing an email marketing list means you are getting a list of unchecked inactive accounts that only but their names and email address down because they were under the impression they would get something for free. Another thing to note is that these email addresses have probably already been bombarded with offers similar to the one you are offering.
this however doesn’t mean you can’t succeed at email marketing it just means you might have to work twice as hard and be twice as creative when giving your emails a title. Again my advice is to create a squeeze page and get some sort of autoresponder this way you build your list the way you want to build it. Your squeeze page should have a appearance that makes your customer interested and curious. Also you autoresponder form should be located in the top right corner or somewhere to the right.
Capturing Email Leads and building your Email marketing list
The reason for this is because that’s where peoples eyes tend to wonder when they get to a squeeze page. In this day and age it’s also a good idea to have a video or a visual presentation of what your system or your business can do. If it’s in the weight loss industry maybe a before and after pic or a before and after video. These types of squeeze pages convert wonderfully because people will usually at least see what you have to offer.
To find a reputable company to build your Email marketing leads check out experian.com (under small business tab) or USAData.com. I personally recommend staying away from eMarketingservices otherwise known as doubleoptinoffer.com & emaildoneright.com as the feedback has been continually negative about these companies.
Please leave your comments below it helps others.
Tested both emailingdoneright.com and doubleoptinoffer.com (eMarketingservices) and both are FRAUD. We have a live website monitoring tool and as these companies report clicks on the campaign email supposedly sending people to our website NOBODY shows up on the site.
Looks like both these companies have a fake engine running to make it look like they send out a lot of emails and then deliver people to the website. Looks like a major scam as nobody actually shows up on the website!
I’ve seen the same exact complaint from Tom on a couple sites. I have a way of tracking the visitors on my own so I may try the entry level package to test it out.
If it works, it would be great.
I am starting to doubt http://www.emailingdoneright.com completely. I did a test with them and sent out 6 million emails. Based on the law of averages…I should have gotten some sort of response on my end. I have received nothing in return except a boss who is shaking his head.
I have asked for a formal report from them documenting the click-thru they stated came through. Still no reponse.
The good news is that I know where their office is in Allentown, PA.
It might be time to call the police department in PA. Their precinct is right down the street from their office.
Plus, I will start blogging and twittering this everywhere I can.
Maybe that will get a response.
I sell both B-B and B-C double opt data. I always allow my clients to test 1000 addresses for free to make sure they are comfortable. I also replace all bounces. The client owns the data. I can email for them or I can provide a solution for mailing. This is wholesale only.
