HostWay.com Review

I can say with complete certainty that Hostway is in no way a scam they’ve been online for well over 10 years but someone needs to tell them to lower their prices. Personally i don’t see any reason why HostWay.com is so expensive. This hosting company in my opinion has taken a turn in the wrong direction.

Looking and reviewing hostWays plans all their features to me seem pretty basic there’s nothing that pops out to me that says ok well this is why they are more expensive then all the top hosting providers. I can’t find any reason to recommend Hostway.com hosting to anyone right now.  Even their support is sub par all the top hosting companies have live support and telephone support. My favorite hosting company HostGator(with coupon) has both live chat and telephone support, and that also includes technical support.

HostWay Price Compared to Hostgator

For the price of HostWays starter plan Is the price of HostGator’s BEST plan and that’s shameful. Also Host Gator is green hosting powered by wind energy. I mean you can make the argument of HostWay is working with some top level companies but to me “hosting is hosting”. For the price of what you would be paying monthly for a starter plan at Hostway you could have your own 1-800 telephone number at HostGator.

The only argument i can make in Hostway’s defense honestly is that they host some of the major corporate entities but honestly i am telling as person that has owned a website dating back to 1999 that means NOTHING online. It won’t make your website more safe and it won’t get you more visitors. Also Host Gator is a quality hosting provider just like Host Way you can call them and talk to one of there sales or technical staff for yourself. Look honestly if there was a particular reason i could find to recommend Host Way over any other I would but reviewing their hosting plans now in this day and age I can’t find none.  Maybe host Way has a stronger sales force i don’t know but to me Host Way is NOT worth the money and i’m sure if you start with Host gator you will know exactly what i mean.

Keep in mind also that with Host gator you can try them on a month to month basis there is no pressure for you to sign up for their yearly plan. Of-course I do to save money but you don’t have too. host gator is also a U.S company based in Houston, Texas there’s many ways to contact them at all hours of the day and night. In my opinion you should check out Host Gator for yourself before committing to HostWay.com
