Maclean’s and Citytv National Leaders Debate, Cowardly Justin Trudeau misses a great opportunity to gang up on Andrew Scheer – September 13, 2019,
Both the Green Party and the NDP have relatively the same platform, the difference being the Green Party uses mother earth as their rallying cry to grow the public sector, while the NDP uses every plausible excuse to raise your taxes. I used to associate the NDP with Workers Unions, now their policies are all over the place.
Well as you’ll watch the concept of the debate as expected was to gang up on Scheer. I found it odd that Scheer during certain portions of the debate tried to United Elizabeth May and Jagmeet Singh against Justin Trudeau, when the reality is more than likely the Greens and the NDP are going to form a coalition against Scheer 😂. If Justin Trudeau wins a minority Government, chances are the Greens and the NDP are going to join forces to with Trudeau for their big government spending objectives.
This is why if you’re a Conservative you shouldn’t be against the idea of a People’s Party of Canada supposedly splitting the vote. Leftists have been splitting their votes since the creation of the NDP and Green Party and guess what this allows during nationally televised debates? It allows Leftist to gang up on the Conservative candidate (not candidates). The point of a debate is to allow people to listen to perspectives they’ve heard before. That’s the main reason why the mainstream media in Canada fears Maxime Bernier.
The main stream media in Canada has been spoon-feeding Canadians a steady dose of Leftism. If you listen to the debate and listen to Scheer, notice that he defends growing the size of Government. Scheer isn’t going to cut the size of Government, Scheer like Harper is going to be a better manager of the Canadian government, Scheer is going to conserve Liberal policies, why? Because Canada now has 3 Leftist parties and the Canadian public who consume Canadian news get a steady dose of a Liberal diet so much, that the idea of austerity measures of any kind sounds like an archaic relic of the past.
Now, the mere fact that Justin Trudeau ran from this debate, should be a sign that he’s a coward. This was a perfect debate for Justin Trudeau, Scheer is attacked from beginning to end. Jagmeet Singh taking a page from the book of Brian Mulroney attempted to go on the offensive attempting to talk over Scheer anytime he felt like it, Elizabeth May obviously better vetted in debating did what she could to make sure whe represented her Party well. Now, what I find extremely interesting about Elizabeth May and I’ve said this before about the Green Party is they don’t have to appeal to traditional Leftist Dogma.
Several times Elizabeth May attacks Jagmet Singh and COSTS, she doesn’t subtly and again it wouldn’t surprise me in the least if this is the year the Greens replace the NDP and potentially start to challenge the Liberals and Canada’s top Leftist party. Jagmet Singh and the NDP don’t appear to have a grasp on the numbers and when Elizabeth May is calling out Jagmet Singh on fiscal responsibility and her points are very clear, you have to be worried if you’re the NDP that this might be the year where your political Party begins its decline.
The niche of the NDP I always thought was the Labout Unions, not sure why they strayed from that, but Jagmet looked really bad, during that debate, Elizabeth May basically carried him. In regards to Scheer, I can imagine Conservative voters are going to close their eyes hoping for the best and vote for Andrew Scheer, but the reality is if you’re a true Conservative you want Maxime Bernier on the debate stage. I’m not telling Conservative voters to vote for Maxime Bernier, but if Trudeau isn’t going to participate in the debate and Justin Trudeau’s reasoning for not participating in the Maclean’s and Citytv National Leaders Debate is that he’ll attend the Leaders’ Debates Commission, which was established after the last election and is led by former governor-general David Johnston.

Being that Maclean’s and Citytv could boost ratings with Maxime Bernier it’s odd that they’d exclude him? actually, it’s not odd when you think about the media bailout package Justin Trudeau promised them. This is the exact reason wh Corporate Welfare is a bad idea, there’s a demand for Maxime Bernier and if the Liberals and all Leftist voters are true to their core Leftist principals, having Maxime Bernier and Scheer on the same debate stage would be the perfect opportunity for Singh and May to expose bith Scheer and Maxime for the apparent racists that the Leftists claim they are.
Now if a person attends a People’s Party of Canada or Conservative rally, they’re very diverse, I actually see more segregation at Liberal rallys than I do at Conservative rallies in Toronto. NDP rallies have always felt a bit racist too me, Union people have always been protectionist minded, using the government to force wages up, As a person closely aligned with Libertarian values, the NDP party rallies have always made me cringe here in Ontario. Keeping on the topic of cringe-worthy Trudeau I expect that Justin Trudeau is rehearsing right now for the Leaders’ Debates Commission in which he’ll be coached on how to look strong in the face of opposition and also how to play into his popularity.
Yes I said popularity, Trudeau still is one Canada’s most popular politicians, I think people on the Right forget that people on the Left put little value on economics. People on the Left want to feel secure in their place in the world. Leftists are similar to insecure people, who need validation from others to feel worthy of their existence. The problem with people on the political right is why bathe in common sense, we assume that everyone should know that there’s an economic breaking point to what the government can do. But on that same note, people on the Right, aren’t perfect either, they tend not to push back, because tough love under a big government could cost a Right-winger their livelihoods depending on the political climate. Politically this manifests itself into an Andrew Scheer political figure.
Bland, safe, this is the image the Conservative Party of Canada wants to sell to Canadians. The Leftist portray a different image and it always revolves around the concept of “a greater purpose” or “a greater good”. The money isn’t important, it doesn’t matter how poor Canadians are, we’re going to attack those evil rich people. That’s the Leftist message to voters and when they have a popular, globally recognized leader like Justin Trudeau, Leftist will throw the economy to the side and vote for their imperfect leader.
This is why Maxime Bernier could very well be the new Pierre Trudeau of Canada. The mainstream media knows this, An exciting Conservative politician from Quebec, whose native tongue is French! On the debate stage, there’s very little the media can do, to portray Maxime as a bigot for an extended period of time. The debate you can watch below, is 2 hours long, imagine if Maxime was able to participate, a 2 on 2 battle? Perceptions of Maxime would change very quickly. Being that Trudeau chickened out of the debate, Maclean’s and Citytv couldn’t be blamed by their leftist overlords for allowing Maxime in on the debate. But this clearly shows me that Maxime Bernier is officially the most feared man in Canadian politics. I don’t blame the mainstream media for fearing Maxime because I think there’s a very good chance Maxime Bernier could win the 2023 election.
Interesting times ahead!
