The Data in November 2024, suggests that the Liberals 17%, NDP 17%, Bloc 7%, and Green Party 6% couldn’t even form an alliance together to stop the Conservatives if Pierre Poilievre won.
Based on the recent history of Canadian Politics, many of us anticipate that when Pierre Poilievre beats Trudeau, the Liberals and NDP will form some alliance. The Green Party numbers look sketchy to me, and the Bloc numbers are the most realistic, as the assumption will be that most Left Wing voters in Quebec will back the Bloc, as the NDP and Liberals have an open borders agenda.
The Liberals have recently scaled back their open borders policies. However, the economy is getting worse, and even Far Left Wing cities in Canada are feeling the pain. In regards to total votes, the Green Party(396,988 total votes) in the 2021 election received fewer total votes than the People’s Party of Canada(840,993).
Left-wing hatred for Jews is a thing, and the Green Party at the time was led by Annamie Paul, who was a Black Jew or a Jewish sympathizer. So, I’m not sure if that was the reason for the low voter turnout.
If the People’s Party of Canada has a repeat showing in 2021, that would suggest that they would be a viable alternative when Pierre Poilievre’s popularity inevitably starts to decline.
Justin Trudeau is such a bad Prime Minister that all who witnessed his reign will remember how bad he made them FEEL. Now, how that will reflect on the Liberal Brand is beyond me, but the NDP is directly responsible for Justin Trudeau’s reign, so I assume the bankrupt NDP will be relegated back to a niche Federal political party that appeals to a specific demographic for the foreseeable future.
The Liberal Party has rebranded before, the difference being is that Pierre Trudeau or the “Trudeau” brand is no longer reliable or even useful; Pierre Poilievre will have at least 4 years as Prime Minister, meaning the people who remember Pierre Trudeau will be dying out, leaving only the people who remember Justin Trudeau.
Because the NDP has no money, the only people who will benefit from the angle they used will be Jagmeet Singh, and the other NDP persons will get a $8+ million dollar pension. Jagmeet Singh obviously knows the dire financial situation at the NDP, and in typical Bernie Sanders, Democratic Socialist fashion, Jagmeet Singh, like most democratic socialists, makes sure they enrich themselves before exiting politics.
