Message to Doug Ford Consider Joining the Peoples Party of Canada, Ontario Public School Teachers’ Union Want More Money at the expense of Children – September 27, 2019,
To start this article, there’s one thing that needs to be established recording labor unions, Private Sector Unions have a right to exist on the basis that private companies do not force people to purchase their products. GM as an example doesn’t force consumers to purchase their cars(yes, I know about the GM bailouts). So UNIFOR has a right of existence. Public sector unions, on the other hand, are taxpayer-funded, if you go to most third world countries the biggest problem facing those countries is public school education, why? Because there aren’t enough taxes to fund it.
So the reader understands, there isn’t an infinite amount of money to fund public schools in Canada, in fact, in Ontario, our public sector is in more debt than the broke U.S State of California.

Now, on the surface, of course, everything appears okay, bills appear to be getting paid and debt servicing appears to be managed, however, the reality of the situation is that Western Canada is propping up Eastern Canada via equalization payments. In easy to understand terms Alberta, Saskatchewan and British Colombia are paying Ontario’s public sector bills.
What’s worse is that this globalist Climate Change agenda is targeting Canada’s only remaining profitable provinces. Now, in case people don’t understand what this means, it means regardless of what interest rates the Bank of Canada has, it will be more expensive for Canadians to borrow money in the future if this trend continues.
If Bank of Canada interest rates remains low Canada will get screwed and if interest rates go up we’ll still get screwed, why because Public Servants, public servant jobs don’t go away. Now, the truth of the matter is that Doug Ford is trying to fix this problem before it becomes a bigger problem, however, Ontario’s public sector teachers who have been well fed via taxation have concluded that they’re deserving of a higher salary.
Most public servants feel this way, they want more money, which is fine, however profit-driven motives is why there’s a PRIVATE SECTOR. A police officer becomes a police officer to SERVE THE PUBLIC if a person wants to protect people based on the amount f money they can make, they become a security guard, a bouncer, etc.
If a teacher wants to make a lot of money, the come to the Private Sector, I pay private teachers all the time, in fact, the more successful the Private teacher is, the more money they’ll make. But you see when you’re a private school teacher or when you teach in the private sector, you have to add value to your teaching, otherwise, you won’t have any clients. A private teacher would never seek to join a union? I don’t even see too many private school teachers who want to be part of the union.
When you’re an actual teacher who loves to teach chances are you’re open to learning new things. So as an example, most private teachers learn how to sell, or how to sell themselves, this, of course, makes them better human beings that parents want to send to their children too and adults want to learn from. If you’re a teacher and find it hard to find any clients, chances are you’re not a good a teacher as you think you are and you may want to consider upgrading your people skills.
Public School teachers, on the other hand, use their union to sell what they offer for them. There are some very good public school teachers, however, there’s a whole lot of bad ones, especially in managing money. I can guarantee you that a large chunk of the public school teachers do not want to go on strike, but the greedy school teachers, as well as the Labour Unions, do want to strike.
Remember, the labor unions get a percentage off of every public school teachers salary, which means that taxpayers are paying the Ontario Public sector teachers’ unions salaries, this, of course, equates to the Unions themselves benefit from the teachers making more money. The more money public school teachers make, the more money their union makes
I believe UNIFOR is now affiliated internationally, and many private and public sector unions work together, when you understand this you start to understand Climate Change, CARBON TAX agenda, you start to understand why labor unions want governments help, you start to understand why Unions in Canada are even part of Government trade negotiations, it’s not so much that a labor union wants to help the people it represents, it’s that a labor union is a profit-driven business.
This is of course why I don’t believe in Pubic Sector labour unions, they’re profit-driven and in the case of the Ontario teachers’ union, they’re profit-driven at the expense of children. I’m all for a clean world but even CARBON TAXES is profit-driven at the expense of our children. If there’s a serious problem with the climate, humans we adults should be volunteering to fix the problem, not making life even more expensive to prop up the entities who caused the problem in the first place.
When public school teachers are disgruntled or go on strike, they’re hurting the children. It always amazes me how economically stupid public school teachers are. I personally would donate to public schools had it not been for the teachers’ unions. When the Ontario public school system gets more money, one of the first things the teachers do is they give themselves a pay raise.
There’s an assumption that the public schools aren’t being properly financed, it’s a lie, the public schools are overly financed, the problem is teachers who only work 10 months out of the year in most instances get paid like they work 12 months a year and we haven’t even included the added benefits they receive. I wish I had the teachers pension, these perks, of course, come at the expense of the school children, the cost to manage those teachers pensions is not cheap.
The public school system in Ontario is profit-driven, if it wasn’t there would be no union. Be honest Ontario, if you saw a teacher getting abused would you allow it to happen? I sure as hell wouldn’t no Canadian should be abused, but the Ontario public school teachers aren’t being abused, they’ve been coddled, to the point that their disgusting behavior has been normalized.
My view if you’re a profit-driven individual you shouldn’t work in the public sector, that’s always been my view. Consider reading the article below
