National Post Article Details How Broke Quebec Really is, Quebec Separation and Why Bloc Québécois Leader Yves-François Blanchet is a joke! – November 15, 2019
So, I reay hope Bloc Leader Yves-Francois Blanchet gains more support for Quebec to leave the Federation, because, well there’s some information that’s come to light, actually most of us know about this, but it’s a tool that Western Canadians may want to consider using when Quebec uses separation as their tool to get more money from Ottawa. Now, obviously the easy fix for Western Canadians is to have their own version of a Bloc, however, another option is to assist Quebec with its separation demands?

The article below that you can read on the National Post is obviously a post the National Post could have released decades ago, but they held onto it, because Canadians are polite and it’s not until you start poking the bear that the truth will come out. Now the article below, won’t change the political posturing of the Bloc Leader Yves-Francois Blanchet, but if you understand basic math and basic economics you’d have to chuckle when Quebec threatens to leave Canada, even Quebec’s so-called pensions are at risk of default if they leave.
Obviously people like me can see this from miles away, but this is not the type of news that the Bloc Quebecois wants to become repetitive mainstream media television. It typically takes people to hear a story about 7-10 times before they fully comprehend its meaning, so what I’m basically saying is Quebec and many parts of Eastern Canada that subscribe to this sort of redistribution politics are going to have their theories tested. For myself, I don’t care if people opt to be socialists, as long as they know what they signed up for.
When the inevitability of austerity measures bears fruits, don’t expect people like me to feel sorry for you, I will do what I always do which is focus on solutions, you might not like my solutions, but that will be my focus.
Quebec’s government is too big and it is heavily reliant on Western Canada’s responsible government to finance it. In America when bad policies are implemented the people feel it immediately. You can go to many U.S States and see poverty up close, in the State of Michigan and Illinois their State Pensions are insolvent and because there exists no mechanism called equalization payments in America when U.S States go bankrupt social safety nets are broken.
Now, here’s the great thing with socialists and Leftists even when their plans don’t work they double down on them. Poverty, in my opinion, starts in the mind, but in the case of Quebec, if they were an independent nation, we wouldn’t have to worry about them in our politics, they can figure stuff out on their own, it always amazes me when people talk about Alberta being landlocked? As an independent nation, this actually benefits them, because they can in theory now broker deals or themselves instead of waiting for Ottawas approval.
It’s not like Canada is going to stop needing oil? it’s such a silly argument, Canada still imports energy, if Alberta is an independent nation is Canada really going to simply cut Alberta off? Alberta is also profitable, would a case for making it a U.S territory not be a good idea, hey, it could even be an extension of the State of Montana. The State of Texas is actually deep into what used to be Mexican territory.
I don’t understand the minds of my fellow countrymen, however, one thing is for sure, National Post really exposed Quebec in the article you can read below. I challenge Bloc Québécois Leader Yves-François Blanchet to make Quebec seperation a reality
