Property Rights, TAXES, and The Marxist Nature of  The Letitia James’ Civil Case Arguing Donald Trump Fraudulently Inflated his BUSINESS net worth by Billions – October 2, 2023

When you’re involved in finances, one of the hardest things to understand is how taxes are structured in a FREE society. In case you’re unaware, taxation is THEFT; it’s actually a new phenomenon to PERMANENTLY smack taxes on property. Taxation without representation is illegal, especially in the United States; it’s why tax LOOPHOLES exist in the first place.

If a government can make up any tax it wants without a loophole, that would equate to the DEATH of America and the government having 100% control over property, thereby determining the VALUE of property.

For some they may see this is not a big deal, but it’s a huge deal, as this swings the door wide opon to NATIONALIZATION of property, based on POLITICAL BELIEFS. The MARKET sets prices, and the argument being made by Letitia James is that the entire Trump business is FRAUDULENT.

The one section that piques my interest is Trump apparently inflating the square footage of his living space, and there is a claim being made that he put 30,000 for an 11,000 area. Now, if you know anything about rich people, they often have HIDDEN QUARTERS within their living spaces, and I’d imagine Trump who often allows media access to his estates, would likely have some hidden areas in his estates that he may only have to report for legal reasons, or it could be renovations, I know of some expensive hotels in which for every new rich guest the space is renovated, erecting walls here, destroying walls there, for ONE guest.

With rich people, you never know. When you’re not wealthy, you’re imagining the world from YOUR perspective, by Billionaires do all sorts of things with properties. Imagine buying a mansion for $100 million dollars and then TEARING it down and building an entirely new mansion for $200 million dollars, that’s what Billionaires do ALL THE TIME.

So when Letitia James frames her case the way she does, sure, some people might say, “get that, Trump, I hate him,” but in practice, she is setting a VERY bad precedence for New York.

Now, sure, existing property owners in New York could argue that Letitia James is only going after Trump and because I support the Democrat Party, she’ll leave my fortune alone, but last time I checked, New York has a SERIOUS deficit, and if Trump business licenses are revoked, it’s not a guarantee that whatever replaces him will be able to generate the type of revenue for the city he generates.

Some people, when they go to New York City, only want to stay at TRUMP hotels; this does include some wealthy Democrats by the way. Most people can separate politics from COMFORT if I’m comfortable at Trump hotels, who cares what he says. It’s a known fact that Mercedes Benz and Puma, and Adidas were involved with NAZIS yet their BRAND still sells like crazy even today.

Most people will say things about their property to avoid paying higher taxes, and how GOVERNMENT determines the value of property differs from the MARKET price, and what Letitia James is doing is CONFLATING the two, NOT SMART if you ask me.

With Marxists, they like to imagine MATH and PRICING as LABELS, which is why Marxists tend to REPAL people who love freedom. Again Taxation is theft, we’re NOT supposed to be paying taxes, taxes are for times of WAR.

Most humans do not like going to war, and a tax is a form of FORCE; if you don’t defend your nation militarily, you must pay a TAX, in order for our military to win this WAR you need to pay the State a TAX. Taxation without representation is THEFT.

In the modern era, a lot of warmongers love the idea of PERPETUAL WARS; why? Because it JUSTIFIES taxation. Americans living abroad have to pay the U.S government a TAX, and one could argue that this is because of America’s PERPETUAL WARS around the globe.

With Letitia James, the way she structured her case appears to revolve around the idea that the government can determine the value and structure of your PROPERTY whenever it feels like it. Obviously, there are disclaimers that need to be signed when valuing property, all that is common knowledge, but the basis of the Letitia James case is that the government via the State of New York, can nationalize private property on the basis of their States perceived value of a property in another STATE.

For the record Mar-a-Lago is located in Florida, and she actually used Trump’s FLORIDA property as one of her reasons for wanting to strip Trump of his business license. My response, is okay sure, do what you have to do, but those of us actually paying attention to the substance of what she’s alleging, are definitely paying attention to how the judges rule on this case. Because for me, this case has Kangaroo court written all over it.

Although you might think after reading this that I want Trump to be President, be warned that DON’T, I’m NOT a Trump supporter, but I am business man, and out of all the incitements against trump, this one I’ll be paying close attention to.
