Working From Home Jobs vs. Working From Home as a Self Employed Entrepreneur – 2021 Edition
So the period in which I’m writing this is November 2021 and to my surprise, there are a lot more people working remotely or working from home now than I ever imagined. Because of central banks and governments debasing the money supply to hopefully help them get elected, more people have found themselves with a work from home or even a work-at-home job.
Why your work from home JOB might be at risk
Now, in the interest of fairness, I personally don’t think many of these work-from-home JOBS in Western countries will last very long without government intervention and this means that if you have a work-from-home job, it could be at risk. Now, in western nations, we have what many of us believe to be 2 of the dumbest laws ever created called minimum wages and rental controls. Both of these price control government initiatives have led to malinvestments as well as the outsourcing of jobs.
Adding to the disaster is public education, which in many western nations is dominated by teachers’ unions with their own agendas, that have little to do with the demands of the marketplace. This leads to the outsourcing of jobs because fewer children and adults in western nations are being prepared for the now GLOBAL workforce.
Working for home is an unforgiving marketplace because the technological revolution unlike the industrial or social revolutions can lead to countries with nefarious aspirations to dominate the technical space. This is why in case you’re noticing Western governments are having a difficult time tackling inequalities. A market economy was intended for FREEDOM and freedom rewards the ENTREPRENEUR, not the person waiting on the entrepreneur or the government for that matter to find them employment.

So in the future, what many see coming is an economic explosion for tradespeople, people not working from home, and a potential implosion for people with work from home jobs. The people who will benefit most from work from home jobs are people who live in countries with a lower cost of living. Meaning that even if Western governments are successful in regulating the business people to only hire locally, what might happen is what’s already happening which is more entrepreneurs becoming international citizens.
If let’s imagine American entrepreneurs decide to become international citizens, your work-from-home jobs might be at risk. This is why I’ve always preached that if you have a work-from-home job, you might want to consider transitioning into being a self-employed entrepreneur who works from home.
The discipline necessary to be a Work From Home Entrepreneur
So, I’ve worked from home for years now, and I’ve seen many people rise and fall working from home, primarily because they don’t have the financial education or the discipline necessary to work from home. Internet Marketing is the most common ENTRY level way to earn a sustainable living online, but learning it can be annoying, at first I assumed everyone would want to learn how to make money online, but when I actually got involved in the training process, I soon learned how wrong I was.
Because I’ve always desired to work from home I imagined Internet Marketing as just part of the process, but when I began teaching this stuff I was soon faced with the reality that Internet Marketing bores people, they’re looking for something that doesn’t require them to think or be creative they want a job that requires that they don’t have to learn anything additional that what would qualify them for a job.

Now, from an economics standpoint that equates to abolishing the minimum wage, because if most people want to work from home JOBS, they don’t want to have to compete with foreign labor. Now, of course, U.S entrepreneurs as an example would prefer to hire U.S employees, but if U.S entrepreneurs have to pay U.S employees 10x more money plus additional benefits along with the threat of constant litigation, it’s not worth it and if you’re living in a Western nation, you have to see the writing on the wall that your work from home job could be at risk.
So if you’re unwilling to be a work from a home entrepreneur or learn some basic training to help you transition into becoming a work from home entrepreneur you’d be better off considering learning a trade because all signs point to a future in which the world is dominated by tradespeople, engineers, and people involved in the software, energy and agricultural space.
Health care will of course always be there, but work from home jobs favors people who will live in countries with lower costs of living. It’s not to say that you can’t be one of the lucky ones who have a work-from-home job, but the odds of that happening are getting slimmer every day. In fact, the longer people work from home as of 2021, the more their work from jobs could be at risk in the future.
Working at home as an entrepreneur is all about discipline, I’ve written several times about learning Internet Marketing, but for most people, once they’re introduced to it, within the first few days, they’ll find a reason as to why they shouldn’t do this, this is why when you make the decision to learn Internet Marketing you’ll make so much money.

There’s nothing abnormal about this either, this is true in many professions. I have 5 people I went to high school with who went to college to become a Nurse, these ladies all graduated but none of them are nurses today, when they were faced with the realities of nursing, they decided it wasn’t for them. Now, these ladies went into serious amounts of debt to learn to nurse, the money you’ll spend learning Internet Marketing is a small fraction of that cost and you learn it at the comfort of your home.
Most people don’t consider the numbers, I’m not sure why, but I do my part in spreading the word in a manner people understand. I don’t want you to imagine the net is crowded with internet marketers making millions of dollars, it’s not, it’s a small number of people in proportion to the people on the planet and this number is small, because learning Internet Marketing takes discipline and perseverance.
But working from home as an employee is very risky, so if you’re doing it, understand that although learning Internet Marketing has risks, it’s a skill you’ll learn that nobody can take away from you, in fact learning Internet Marketing helps you understand general marketing, I know can see mistakes brick and mortar businesses are making that most people do not see.
Whereas a work-from-home job usually only helps you learn what your employer allows you to know. Both working from home as a self-employed person and working from home as an employee have their pros and cons. But I choose to work from home as an entrepreneur.
