2018 – Teachers and Public Education Employees in the United States are reportedly quitting their jobs at a record rate.

There’s something that’s getting more and more clear to people, this welfare experiment isn’t working as intended. Now, the welfare experiment I speak of isn’t just welfare for single parents, it’s also welfare and entitlements for teachers, via things like tenure ad the bureaucracy plaguing most public school teachers who want to change a system which at this point is beyond corrupt. What’s actually starting to happen in North America is namely Canada and the United States is people are getting tired of baby boomers. It’s important to understand that Donald Trump didn’t win by luck, there’s this assumption by supporters of Hilary Clinton that Donald Trump cheated in order to beat her, no Donald Trump won because hard working American’s are frustrated with what’s happened to their country. Now, one thing I love to point out about Barack Obama who was probably one of the best Politicians in modern history was had Barack Obama been a white man, he probably would have faced a similar backlash as Donald Trump is facing now. Primarily because of his economic policies, under the Obama administration, the needs and demands of public servants were often ignored.

Well let me put this a different way public servants who were at the top of the food chain got the ear of the 44th president of the United States, however, the teachers and public servants who stuck doing the legwork, these individuals left under the bus and well, President Donald Trump changed all of that, however, while Donald Trump has tried to change the system he has received pushback, being that Public School Teachers are dominated by Women and most of the teachers wanting change are subordinate female teachers, what’s been festering is the very real realization that the school system in the United States isn’t going to change unless individuals take action. In typical American fashion, individuals are refusing to sell their souls to corruption and taking it upon themselves not to get sucked into the corruption that is the public school system

Now, sure the mainstream media will report this is strictly all about the money, but most of the good teachers I’ve met don’t teach for the money, they instead teach because of their love for teaching. Although I’ll have to wait for future evidence to come to my final conclusion, based the teachers I’ve spoken too, namely Gen X and Millenials, they’re tired of the corrupt Baby Boomers and they want to change.
