Productivity vs Fiat Currency: Jagmeet Singh wants Justin Trudeau to reward people for being unproductive – May 25, 2020

I see the NDP as sort of an embarrassment in politics right now, I actually feel sorry for them because Justin Trudeau has pretty much hijacked their party platform and what he’s left the NDP with full-blown socialism. Even Karl Marx understood the limitations of government, the government isn’t an entity with an unlimited amount of money, the government gets its money not from Printing money, it gets money based on Canadians productivity.

In most countries there are serious penalties for printing money without matching that money printing with productivity. The cost of doing business is a very serious topic and at the very least after reading the article below, you can clearly see that Bloc Quebecois Leader Jean-Yves Blanchet comprehends that the cost of doing business is a very serious matter.

Bloc Quebecois Leader Jean-Yves Blanchet said Monday his party isn’t participating in negotiations around the return of Parliament.

The Bloc previously laid out a set of conditions it wanted met before it would engage in discussions around how Parliament could sit. Those included more help for businesses to cover their fixed overhead costs and a straightforward plan for how the Liberals would follow through on a promise of financial support for seniors.

Now, I highlighted the section of overhead costs for a reason, because it signals that Bloc Quebecois Leader Jean-Yves Blanchet grasps what’s happening and is doing what the Bloc does which is be a thorn in Ottawas side, now on the flipside read what Jagmeet Singh bases his argument on.

“We’re suggesting the government can use something like the (Canada Emergency Response Benefit) or employment insurance to deliver that program federally immediately.

But we want to see something that is long term and that will require working with provinces and employers to deliver a long-term commitment so that forever in our country, everyone who needs paid sick leave will have access to it.”

Now both CERB and unemployment insurance are for an EMERGENCY if a hardworking employee loses their job, taxpayers got their back, what Jagmet is proposing is if a person simply feels like taking off a few days here and there, hardworking Canadians are forced to finance it.

Money isn’t magic, it’s based on productivity and the emergency benefits are an act of kindness they’re not entitlements if they’re entitlements, someone has to pay for them and being that Ottawa has no money or I should sa any money Ottawa has, has actually been taken from people’s productive labour in the form of taxes and yes inflation is a tax, what Jagmeet Singh is openly asking the government to do is screw over the working poor, because when Ottawa spends money via money printing the cost of living goes up, the cost of doing business goes up, the threat of hyperinflation of the Canadian dollar becomes a very real thing!

Canadians be aware of what’s happening in Ottawa during this pandemic because if there are hardships ahead, a lot of it appears will be caused by our current political leaders.

Interesting times ahead!
