First and foremost let’s tackle Acts 4:32-37. first and foremost there’s no GOVERNMENT here, this is all VOLUNTARY, they’re not being FORCED to do anything. This is NOT:
- Government-enforced communism
- Mandatory poverty
- A rule that Christians must sell everything
In the mind of communists and socialists, they forget that their IDOLS like to REDEFINE WORDS. Jesus Christ predates Karl Marx, and COMMUNE, similar to Liberal are words HIJACKED by leftists.
Abortion is another word for premeditated murder. Pro-Choice is a word stolen by leftists, in which they seek to REDEFINE premediated murder, give it a “Liberal” twist.
An abortion is a PLANNED, often well thought out MURDER with accomplices. Just because the GOVERNMENT might say that murdering a defenseless child based on what leftists consider settled science is okay in certain demonic regions around the world, doesn’t mean God gave it the okay.
The worst part of Left Wing talking points is that they don’t allow their SUBJECTS to repent. Now, if you’ve committed murder, Jesus Christ died for your sins, so if you REPENT to God, your sins are forgiven.
But supposed a group of people have convinced you that there’s NOTHING to repent about because they don’t beleieve in Jesus Christ? Well, then there’s a good chance you’re going to double down on your belief that in certain situations premeditated murder of an innocent, defenseless child is okay.
There are all sorts of PAGAN RITUALS, still being practiced today. Man made laws can be broken and redefined. In fact we’re in an era in 2026, some Leftists want to redefine gender.
These Leftists claim if they feel like a certain gender, then that’s what they are. This is not new, for example reincarnation has been practicing belief LONG BEFORE Jesus Christ was born. Most ancient cultures revolved around these pagan concepts.
To give you an example, in 2026 if you look at Cuba, it looks like it did in the 1950s prior to the Cuban communist revolution. Well in many countries in Africa and India, where old CULTURES still dominate the people today, the people often SELF-CENSOR themselves from imaging a world outside of their CULTURAL norms.
Similar to Socialists and Communist, they want to CAPTURE the souls of their population, and force them under these RIGID man-made laws, that are often labeled “culture”. This is our CULTURE. Now imagine your CULTURE was built on laws of CENSORSHIP, you’d be denied the ability to imagine the ABUNDANCE Jesus Christ promised us.
Then imagine you took things a step further and you censored, KILLED and/or jailed anyone that didn’t follow your CULTURE/Governance? In case you’re not paying attention, that’s the preview of HELL on earth.
Although these Leftists, imagine they’re doing something new, they should be reminded that these pagan demonic practices we’re talked about during Biblical times, in fact that’s what God was warning his children about.
Although we give Pagan rituals modern names like COMMUNISM, Socialism, Progressivism, they’re not reinventing the wheel, they’re merely reinforcing the differences between Christians and non-believers. Be fluid if you want to, but don’t expect Christians to be FORCED to redistribute capital/property to what we consider your demonic practices.
Acts 4:32-37.
32 And the multitude of them that believed were of one heart and of one soul: neither said any of them that ought of the things which he possessed was his own; but they had all things common.
33 And with great power gave the apostles witness of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus: and great grace was upon them all.
34 Neither was there any among them that lacked: for as many as were possessors of lands or houses sold them, and brought the prices of the things that were sold,
35 And laid them down at the apostles’ feet: and distribution was made unto every man according as he had need.
36 And Joses, who by the apostles was surnamed Barnabas, (which is, being interpreted, The son of consolation,) a Levite, and of the country of Cyprus,
37 Having land, sold it, and brought the money, and laid it at the apostles’ feet.
First and foremost read verse 32 “And the multitude of them that believed were of one heart and of one soul: neither said any of them that ought of the things which he possessed was his own; but they had all things common.”
That’s VOLUNTARY, not FORCED, I can’t force you to beleive, a lot of Jews and gentiles still do not BELIEVE in Jesus Christ as the Son of God.
God doesn’t need to FORCE you to do anything, a communist, a socialist needs to FORCE you and the people under their control to do things. Communist FORCE you to steal and participate in theft based wealth redistribution schemes, that for example may finance the MURDERING of innocent children, that they label PRO-CHOICE or abortion which is them redefining words, redefining Gods laws.
In case, you’re wondering why in the Mark 12 Verses 29-31 Jesus Christ said the following:

29 And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord:30 And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment.31 And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these.
Christ said this because he foresaw all the wickedness men would do, so Christs laws differ from the Ten Commandments in that they’re centered in LOVE, not Force. Love God with everything and Love thy neighbour as thyself. God is telling us to Love him and if we Love him, we’ll love EVERYONE as our neighbor, which is why for example in many Christian dominated nations they allow atheists and other people to live among them.
Because our job as Christians is NOT to worship property, it’s to worship God, but Christians are NOT supposed to worship humans, or be censored by people with differing opinions. The reason capitalism or free markets are widely accepted by Christians, is the FREEDOM component, as Christians when God BLESSES us with ABUNDANCE, we’re supposed to give and this giving was never supposed to be DEFINED by a GOVERNMENT that FORCES us to give to it’s causes.
Protestants, Catholics & Orthodox Christianity
Christians aren’t supposed to be DOCILE beings. This is where Protestants, Catholics & Orthodox Christianity differs. Catholics, Orthodox, and Protestants share belief in Jesus but differ in authority and structure. Catholics look to the Pope as the central leader of the Church, maintaining a unified global authority.
Orthodox Christians are organized into self-governing churches that emphasize historic tradition and rich liturgical worship rather than a single head. Protestants, by contrast, emphasize Scripture as the highest authority (“Scripture alone”) and place strong focus on individual faith and personal relationship with God rather than centralized leadership.
So from a Protestant point of view, we can see why Catholics tend to fall victim to Communist, and in general Left Wing belief systems, because if their CENTRALIZED figure “The Pope” has Left Wing views, and the Pope is seen as the leader of the church, well then you can see how Acts 4 could be interpreted by even some “Christians” as a push for communism or a system that resembles Communism.
Anyone familiar with the Protestants reformation know about Orthodox Christianity, which from some of our Protestant points of view are similar to Jewish TRADITIONS. In Russia for example, The Russian Orthodox Church (ROC) is the largest autocephalous (independent) Eastern Orthodox church in the world, with over 90 million members, predominantly in Russia.
For some perspective, because Orthodox Christians were indifferent to The Protestant Reformation, they don’t ask as many questions and don’t engage in rigorous debate in the manner Protestants do, so this allowed COMMUNISM and Socialism to spread in Russia. Yes, Orthodox Christianity is more decentralized than the Catholic Church, but you can see how TRADITION or fixed Tradition, can in some ways STUNT spiritual and mental growth.
So as Christians, we can’t pretend that socialists and communists claiming Jesus Christ was a communist is something new. If you remove context, people will believe all sorts of things. That’s why as Protestants we debate EVERYTHING. Censorship is the enemy of Christianity, Censorship is the enemy of God, anyone seeking to CENSOR you is insecure.
For example anyone claiming that Jesus was a communist is free to do so, because GOD is an all powerful God, he doesn’t need to destroy you, when you sell your souls to MEN, you destroy yourself. Seek and ye shall find.
If you want to believe Jesus was communist, Jesus Christ is not going to stop you, he gives us FREE WILL, he gives us choice, which includes the choice to BREAK his laws, because Jesus Christ, God the Holy Spirit they’re not TYRANTS, they’re not tyrannical.
In Acts 4, that’s entirely VOLUNTARY. For example we Christians, have historically been in the wrong for example trying to FORCE Jews to become Christians. That was WRONG, we don’t force anyone to do anything, Christ gave up his life, so others may live. In Matthew 27:46-50.

46 And about the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani? that is to say, My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?
47 Some of them that stood there, when they heard that, said, This man calleth for Elias.
48 And straightway one of them ran, and took a spunge, and filled it with vinegar, and put it on a reed, and gave him to drink.
49 The rest said, Let be, let us see whether Elias will come to save him.
50 Jesus, when he had cried again with a loud voice, yielded up the ghost.
Some people no matter what you say they won’t believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, and there was never a movement to FORCE all Christians to do anything. It was voluntary. If I don’t pay my taxes citing that I don’t believe in abortion, I’m going to PRISON.
I ask you how often should I start a tax revolt? Because Taxation is theft? But as everyone knows, revolutions are BLOODY events, and if a Christian starts a revolution because of tyrants, how are we able to spread the name of Jesus? During periods of war spreading the Love of Jesus can be challenging.
So as Protestants these are the calculations many of us imagine, prior to drawing a line in the sand. Because for a lot of Protestants, soft secessionists movements are preferred. When people didn’t beleieve in Jesus Christ he told his disciples to dust off their feet and leave them.
Oddly enough in what used to be Orthodox Christian countries that’s where we saw a lot of these soft secessionist movements occurring. Although because many people in Eastern Europe that left the U.S.S.R only had a Orthodox Christian point of view, many then became ATHEISTS, some blaming Christianity and God for all their personal problems.
So this is why as Protestants we yield to the word of God. We dive into scripture we don’t just accept one persons biased view of the Bible. A lot of people try to use the Bible to push their own PERSONAL agendas.
A culture that claims to be Christian, might be FORCING it’s subjects to follow Christ. God doesn’t FORCE you to do anything, but if you want a world of choice, you must equally accept the consequences of SIN, which if you’re a non-believer in Christ could be viewed as random events.
A non-believer might say, “I was lucky or unlucky” or they might say things like oh this was “Karma”. As Christians we know the power of God, so for example a couple might abort/murder a child, but if they REPENT, they’ll never know karma. Instead when you repent to God, you recognize GODS blessings everywhere.
Whereas if you believe in Karma, you’ll be waiting, attracting and imagining that because you KILLED an unborn child that the karmic god or karmic justice is going to kill you in response. That’s the difference between a Christian and a non-believer in Christ. We as Christians genuinely believe that Jesus Christ died for our sins.
And our belief has NOTHING to do with government or culture. If I’m in any prison, my imprisonment has nothing to do with my relationship with God. My imprisonment as a Christian is because of the Sins and laws of mortal men. Man made prisons should incentivize me as a Christian to spread the LOVE of Jesus Christ.
Christians are not supposed to JUDGE. We debate, we seek the Kingdom of God. It’s a personal, spiritual relationship with God, not a forced man-made relationship.
In regards to secession and why many Christians DO NOT believe in censorship, we follow Christs example, Matthew 10:8-16.

8 Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give.9 Provide neither gold, nor silver, nor brass in your purses,10 Nor scrip for your journey, neither two coats, neither shoes, nor yet staves: for the workman is worthy of his meat.11 And into whatsoever city or town ye shall enter, enquire who in it is worthy; and there abide till ye go thence.12 And when ye come into an house, salute it.13 And if the house be worthy, let your peace come upon it: but if it be not worthy, let your peace return to you.14 And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear your words, when ye depart out of that house or city, shake off the dust of your feet.15 Verily I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable for the land of Sodom and Gomorrha in the day of judgment, than for that city.16 Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves.
Did you get that? 14 And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear your words, when ye depart out of that house or city, shake off the dust of your feet.
Seek ye the Kingdom of God. If asking certain questions or challenging certain ideals are OFF the table and censorship is the norm in society, well you can then observe how socialism, communism, tyranny will creep back into the conversation.
All Satanic ideals thrive in a censorship environment, and governments aren’t the only entities pushing censorship agendas, TRADITIONS and cultures, may also pursue censorship agendas.
It’s difficult to seek the Kingdom of God, when SOCIETY places LIMITS on you. Volunteerism should never be confused with FORCE.
