Breaking News: Regarding NAFTA Trump says he isn’t compromising at all with Canada – August 31, 2018,
Well, As I’ve been saying since Trump became President I knew Canada would be in some serious trouble. I also believe in Karma and the truth of the matter is that Brian Mulroney political career was defined by his mishandling of Pierre Trudeau’s economic disasters. Brian Mulroney is often the scape or the person to blame for the last time the Canadian economy crashed, the truth is the disaster that former Prime minister Brian Mulroney came into contact with, had never been seen before, furthermore Pierre Trudeau was still beloved by Canadians and if Brian Mulroney wanted to hold onto power he had to in some way shape or form incorporate Pierre Trudeau’s socialist policies into his economic framework which is why under Brian Mulroney taxes went up and quite frankly have gone down much ever since.
Pierre Trudeau was able to overt all the blame for the economic disasters he caused because as everyone knows, the economic flaws in socialism don’t show up right away, it takes time and then one day a government see’s a bloated bill to pay the Public sector as well as the people living off of or dependent on The Public Trough and then the leader is forced into a position to cut spending, raise taxes, print money or dilute the money supply or commit political suicide and tell the people of Canada upfront that we can’t pay these bills and we’ll have to default.
Well, Brian Mulroney gave Canada the GST and the Conservative party of Canada hasn’t been the same ever since. This is why Progressive Conservativism sounds normal to Canadians because this is something that’s embraced by many Canadian Conservatives. Getting back to the point you may want to consider reading the Toronto Star article that first broke this story in Canada by clicking the link below:
I should also point out that I first read about this from the Washington Post, so you can also click that link if you’re interested in hearing this from the American perspective.
For me this really isn’t surprising, I’ve read the art of the deal, yes I get it that the art of the deal can be a bit of a boring read, but if you read it, it gives you a glimpse into how Donald Trump thinks. Donald Trump is an egomaniac and if he has a guy like this on your side he’s the best person in the world, however, if he’s opposite from you, he is ruthless, not only is Donald Trump ruthless but he feels justified in being ruthless because in his calculated business mind it really is you vs. him.
Some people refer to Donald Trump as a racist? I completely disagree with that as Donald Trump would probably be the type of person that would uproot and destroy tribalism because it’s bad for business. People in business learn very quickly that sometimes the people that look like you are the hardest people to work with, this is one of the reasons you’ll find that globalist could care less what racial or ethnic group is in charge instead they’d prefer their businesses to run smoothly regardless of where that business is derived.
I bring this up because Justin Trudeau’s cabinet revolves around virtue signaling and this flawed concept that capitalism is the root cause of strife and hardship on our planet. After reading what I have to about Justin Trudeau’s cabinet, imagine that cabinet went head to head with Donald Trump? What do you think would happen?
What I think would happen if Trump would have as much fun as he could with Trudeau’s cabinet until they came to him groveling, begging to make a deal and if you read The Art of the Deal this is how Donald Trump operates. It’s what Trump likes to do, it’s his passion, Trump in his book the art of the deal also says he finds social gatherings a WASTE OF TIME!(I’m paraphrasing).
So, in reality, what you have with Trump in the White House is a kid in a candy store and what Trudeau’s cabinet represents is Trump’s little brother and sister who big brother Trump likes to torment. I forget Trumps IQ level but it’s extremely high and often what you get with these extremely high IQ individuals is an unintended cruelty. If you watch The Social Network film that basically describes Mark Zuckerberg you’ll notice that in the film Mark Zuckerberg is so smart that in many respects he was unintentionally extremely cruel to his distractors.
High IQ people often anticipate the reactions of others and therefore they’ll often set up decoys to push their adversary in a position that constricts their adversaries movements, their flexibility or their ability to look at or combat a situation rationally. Trudeau’s cabinet reminds me a lot like the U.S leftist media. The leftist media in the United States have always viewed the presidency in a manner that restricts what the U.S President can say and do publically. So for them to see, observe and have to give coverage a man like Trump is insulting and degrading to their intelligence. So what this does is it makes the leftist media react emotionally to Donald Trump.
What all business people know is nothing or nobody can be perfect so instead of trying to be focused on perfection what business people tend to do is focus on what works. Now, on the topic of race, did or does Trump probably cater to people who believe in racial superiority? of course, he does, but his reasoning for doing this, if you read the art of deal doesn’t revolve around his personal beliefs it revolves around getting votes and winning! Now, if you believe in doing things “perfect” or doing this “the right way” this overt and blatant action by Donald Trump would not only get under your skin but it would gnaw away at the very fiber of your being.
So introduce the perfect Glutton for Punishment Current Canadian Prime Minister Justin Pierre James Trudeau., who believes in virtue signaling and putting social issues and personal beliefs ahead of economics. Sorry socialist, if children need to eat Bambie has to die, it’s really that simple. If you take a different approach to life call us capitalist when there are too many deer and not enough predators.
As a free market guy, I’m a believer in cosmic justice, sometimes the unexpected happens, nothing is guaranteed, anything is possible so for me, I’ll wait to see what happens in NAFTA negotiations before making my final verdict. Best wishes to all parties involved.
Interesting times ahead.
