Canada’s State-Run Media “CBC” attacks “The Epoch Times”, Canada Post Union Wanted to stop delivering The Epoch Times, Chinese Communist Party Influence In Canada – May 3, 2020,
First off I don’t believe in State Run media, I don’t believe in public broadcasting, I never watch the CBC, I usuallyy only read their articles in reference of what not to do and what not to believe. I don’t trust anything that comes from the CBC, I usually only use CBC articles for historical context to explain to readers how we ended up where we are.
Because in the event what I suspect is going to happen to the Canadian does happen, I don’t want people to think that Canada’s fall from greatness occurred because of 1 event. TheStar, Global News, the Huffington Post writes all sorts of articles that a lot of Canadians don’t agree with, Conservatives don’t like to label everything racists, because Conservatives believe in freedom of speech, but Leftists and modern-day Liberals don’t offer society anything of substance, so labeling things racists is what get’s their stories the most attention.
Furthermore, as I like to add, the Welfare State in Canada is huge and the Union culture is strong, I personally think that Conservatives, haven’t comprehended how bad the problem is because Canada on the surface appears to be functioning normally. But the combination of labor Unions becoming global brands and the increasing demand for the government to take care of people from cradle to grave has evolved into a culture in which Liberals and Leftists have become sympathetic with Authoritarian Communists.
“We will do anything to stop the spread of Liberty and Freedom”, those on the Left convince themselves and it’s lack of seeking truth in their pursuit of Welfare and Protectionism that leads to the CBC and Canada Post which are both Crown Corporations (State Owned Enterprises) to coordinate and silence their opposition.

Now, I personally think, that the Chinese Communist Party has long infiltrated the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW). I wrote about epacket a long time ago when it wasn’t a popular topic to write about. epacket gives Chinese companies a competitive advantage over Canadian companies, epacket is a State-Run company and Canadian businesses don’t have the same access to the Chinese Market as China has to the Canadian market.
epacket for most people isn’t even worth talking about, which is fine, but notice how quickly CUPW uses Canada Post which exists primarily because the government grants it a monopoly on courier services, to push its own agenda. Union culture is often rooted in communism, I get it, a lot of people feel a sense of power when they’re part of collective organization, but in China their union is the Chinese Communist Party, which uses private and public sector unions, to get their issues to the Government.
I comprehend that members of CUPW don’t imagine themselves to be working for the Chinese Communist Party, but I’d hope they’d see CUPW not for what they imagine it to be, but for what it is!
FUREY: Chinese Canadian dissidents are under attack, and the CBC has joined the pile-on | CBC
The CBC is a State Owned Broadcaster and one of the worst run media organizations in the world, it’s been overfunded and it continues to under-deliver, but it’s rewarded by the Government via the Canadian taxpayer for under-delivering and therefore it’s workforce, doesn’t feel that it’s necessary to vet the information they publish.
It’s very embarrassing when the world starts to read and hear about your incompetence, to the point that you have to change the headline of an article you write that reads like Chinese Communist Party propaganda.
Canada is a free country and throwing out the words racist as a State-Run media organization and then labeling your article as if all of Canada feels the same the writers feel is extremely embarrassing.
Reacting emotionally and attempting to speak for “The People” comes across as Fascist and is very disheartening and then trying to cover up your mistake by attempting to force people to take your side, when the Epoch Times newspaper title clearly said “How the CHINESE COMMUNIST PARTY Endangered the World” clearly shows not only how out of touch the CBC is with their readers but also how susceptible they are to Chinese Communist Party influence.
Now, when you take all of that in, you see how influential the Chinese Communist Party is with CUPW and the CBC, which if you really think about it, should be terrifying!
Now personally I don’t think Canada needs the CBC, I personally wouldn’t miss them if they were gone, I also don’t think there is any need to reform the CBC as Conrad Black points out in his article below. It should be privatized, and forced to compete, which in an environment in which Justin Trudeau is bailing out Canada’s mainstream media doesn’t say much.
Canada politically, in my opinion, is on the wrong side of history, I pray for my country and I hope more Canadians can be awakened to what’s happened.
The federal government should appoint serious leadership for the national broadcaster, with a mission and budget to make it a network the country can be proud of; Canada has the talent and the need
