Life With The Silver Spoon Prime Minister: CERB will be automatically approved, While Justin Trudeau and the Liberals’ remain silence on oil and gas aid – April 10, 2020,
Although I don’t believe in his Gold position, I am a huge fan of Peter Schiff, primarily because of his devotion to educating his listeners about money, you can go to schiffradio.com and listen to his podcasts, if he doesn’t irritate you at least once, you’ll be frightened to learn some of his economic prediction for the future.
Money means different things to different people, but one thing that’s undeniable is government spending, money printing and how the combination creates inflation even in the richest of nations, during the best of times. One of the things that make Peter Schiff such a good orator and predictor of the future is his ability to tie historic economical events into modern present-day society.
Peter will continuously remind his listeners that hyper-inflation has already happened, it’s just that we’ve been trained to normalize it, Peter is a huge believer in tying productivity to the value of a countries currency and lastly, Peter Schiff comprehends austerity measures far better than most people even realize, you know, in the modern era, using the term austerity measures scares the crap out of people because even some working people are dependent on the government for their survival.
Albertans don’t need or want Ottawas bailouts, Alberta needs Ottawa to get out of their way
So yeah Canada’s Silver Spoon Prime Minister along with his carefully selected Gender-neutral cabinet appear to be taking a novel approach to economic matters. Now, I’ll say personally, that similar to Peter Schiff I don’t even think Donald Trump’s response to COVID-19 has been a good one.
I personally think Trump basically doing deals to appease the Democrats is politically driven, but at the very least, Trump’s America has cut government regulations, which is a form of austerity measures, because every regulation cut is usually a government job lost.
Public Sector payrolls are the numbers you have to be most aware of during a recession or an economic downturn. The government was never meant to function as a business, but in most countries now it is, by that I mean, governments in most FREE societies now operate at an annual loss indefinitely.
Deficits don’t matter many will argue, because there’s a printing press, but what Peter Schiff often points out is the lower standard of living during the good times. Women with husbands in the past DIDN’T HAVE TO WORK during the good times of old. Even a single hardworking woman in modern Canada, is a paycheck away from bankruptcy and if you think it’s any different for a man you’d be wrong, per hour educated men in most instances take home less money than a woman who works just as hard.
Now, because women tend to take more time off of work than men do, on an annual basis it might appear that men make more if you collectivize the population, but the truth is men make less often doing more labor-intensive jobs. Why does this matter you ask? Because Justin Trudeau’s Liberals are basically giving money away
Since the Canada Emergency Response Benefit application process went live last Monday, many have remarked how easy it is to get approved.
Maybe too easy.
The Star has learned that every person who applies for the CERB will be automatically approved, whether they qualify or not.
I get it, some people in Canada believe that Canada is somehow immune from hyperinflation, it’s not like it’s costing more Canadian dollars to buy smaller quantities of items like food. It’s not like rent and mortgage payments even with extremely low-interest rates are more pricey than they were when interest rate were high, it’s not like Justin Trudeau via the Carbon tax has made things even more expensive during a period in which Donald Trump has asked Saudi Arabia to raise oil prices?
Here’s the thing about productivity, you can’t fake it, if your country is unproductive, even if the value of your currency is high, domestic inflation will be even higher. Your ability to produce is your ability to control domestic inflation.
If as a foreigner you go to the Dominican Republic, although the locals are poor, there’s the price the locals pay and there’s a price the ignorant foreigners pay, why? Because when things are manufactured locally, similar to the dairy Cartel in Canada, prices can be inflated for the fool who has no other option.
As a Canadian do you support your local farmer? most likely you don’t, you want the convenience of a grocery store, so because of this you pay HIGHER prices you wouldn’t have to pay otherwise. A lot of you would be shocked by what I buy from the Amish, who value hard work and know-how to keep costs down.
In the real world money doesn’t matter as much as people would like you to believe, if I give you a ton of money but you don’t know how to spend it or what to spend it on, you’re nothing more than a stimulus for a person who knows what to do with the money.
With that said, even during periods of hyperinflation or deflation of currencies, there are people who know what to do. not everyone in Zimbabwe or Argentina is poor. Life might be more complicated than it needs to be for people in those countries, but they find a way to survive, but the worst part of an economic downturn are the people dependent on the government who wait for years, or even decades for the government to find a solution to their dire economic situation.
What’s frightening about Austerity Measures is the realization of the public that the Government can’t do anything to solve the problem, when people realize that the government is the problem, well then for most that’s when it’s too late, what do you mean I have to do that job that I believe is beneath me, forget it, I’ll take this welfare that I’m deserving of and I’ll wait for a smart politician who will come up with an answer to my money problems.
That’s what’s so frightening about Austerity measures, the Vampires show their fangs, the economic Vampires, of course, won’t see nor will they comprehend their thirst for blood, but they’ll be in search of it. The Vampires also won’t even know that they’re indeed dead inside, they’ll think they’re very much alive and justified to suck the blood from the productive.
The economic vampires, the socialists, the communists the supporters of big government, will indeed convince themselves that they’re entitled to make the more productive citizens of their country their slaves and they’ll seek out the political salesmen that will make their dreams a reality, the only problem is now the world has entered into a new era, an era in which I think Canada might find itself on the wrong side of history.
I’m not entirely sure how Justin Trudeau will react to Canada’s oil and gas sectors, but it kind of doesn’t matter at this point because with every passing day Canada is falling further and further behind and as Oil prices rise with interest rates near zero, and a soaring deficit Canada is in a horrible currency situation, we’re damned if the Canadian dollar appreciates and we’re damned if the Canadian dollar falls.
Nothing is more important to a currency than productivity and Justin Trudeau has gone to war with Canada’s most productive people! Prepare yourselves accordingly!
Interesting times ahead!
