RadiaLabsDirect Scam

Posted on February 15, 2011 by RichInWriters

Is RadiaLabsDirect.com a Scam

Its a smart idea in my opinion to avoid trial offers. If you got to the RadiaLabsDirect.com website from a fake news website called vanityreports.com or something similar it’s also a good idea to read the terms and conditions. At the bottom of the vanityreports.com website in the fine print you learn my reason for saying this. he information below can also be found on the bottom of the RadiaLabsDirect.com website by clicking the “terms and conditions” link or by visiting http://www.radialabsdirect.com/w/termsandconditions.aspx.

For the record the date in which I’m writing this is Feb 2011 so depending on when you read this their terms and conditions may or may not have changed

RadiaLabsDirect.com terms and Conditions

=================

By placing my order, I agree to the Terms of Offer, which explain that I must cancel within 14 days of today to avoid enrollment in monthly delivery program which ships fresh supply and charges $74.95 upon the end of the trial period, and subsequently $74.95 monthly thereafter. You will be charged on same card provided today. If you wish to cancel, please call: 888-778-8623

Final Thoughts On Radia Labs Direct

Well I can not say that i’ve ever used their products so in that regard I have no comment – All I will say is be careful before making your purchase it might even be a good idea to call them first before placing your oder. I personally don’t like re-billing programs but don’t let my opinion stop you from giving RadiaLabsDirect.com a chance.

Please leave your comments about RadiaLabsDirect.com or RadiaLabsDirect.net below by sharing you help other people that might be in the same or a similar situation as you’re in.

    I fell for the trial offer and skimmed over the terms & conditions without reading carefully. That’s a BIG problem now!!! I received the first sample bottle then shortly after received another one. I thought they had shipped out a second sample product since I KNEW I hadn’t requested more. However I finally looked up my last couple of credit card statements and there were TWO charges of $74.95 on them (and I had received only one bottle after the “free” sample).

    Numerous attempts to get ahold of them by phone and email have failed. The phone number rings endlessly and finally simply cuts off. Emails are not answered. So today I’m calling my credit card company to ask them not to accept charges from Radialabs.

    DO NOT FALL FOR THIS! IT FEELS LIKE A SCAM!

    I purchased a trial sample on Feb. 25th originally it was $1.95 on web, but when all said and done was $3.95. Price is not the object, but should have known something was shady right there. Sometimes we MUST listen to our inner voice. Web site said I should have the product within days. If I didn’t want it, return by March 10th. Never received, never got a confirmation nbr even though they have my e-mail address. Today is March 8th. Called credit card company to report this as I tried the # on their web site and was on hold for 30 minutes for 2 days with no response. Also sent them a letter stating that if not mailed don’t bother mailing as I have no further interest.

    I was scammed also. I just got off the phone with radicallabsdirect.com I was charged twice $74.95 after the advertisement said free with shipping charges. I paid shipping & then I received my sample bottle. Then 30 days later I received another shippment was charged a 2nd time. I called them & canceled my order & shipped it back. That was over a week ago & still do not have my refund for 2nd bottle. In the mean time I recieve my bank statment & I have 2 charges. They said I had to call before 14 days if I did not want to be charged for it. Now I am out $149.90 I am a single mother. I can not afford this. They refuse to refund me for the 1st bottle. I told them if they do not refund my money I was going to send a message on the web that this is a scam. I have learned my lesson. READ THE FINE PRINT.
