RedGage.com Is It a Scam
I received a comment from a user today asking me about RedGage.com, this person wanted to know my opinion on Redgage.com if it was a scam. First and foremost I am not a member of Redgage.com at the moment there wouldn’t be any benefit for a person like me to join a site like RedGage.com being that I has my own group of blogs. After reading the Redgage.com “what is Redgage” section I must admit that I find their idea quite creative, it’s not a business endeavor I would personally take on myself but it’s a creative idea none the less.
Getting paid to write online?
Although the Redgage.com website is very creative i have to be honest and say I like things a bit more straight forward I’m hearing and reading stories from people who claim that redgage.com is not paying them, well looking over the Redgage.com website I can clearly see why they those “claims” might be true. I personally could never pay a full network of people on the money I make from richinwriters.com lol. I would go bankrupt in a second. So personally I don’t know how the redgage.com website can afford to do this.
You will seldom if ever hear me say such and such is a scam instead I prefer bring information from my perspective to the forefront and allowing you to come to your own conclusion. If I wanted to get paid to write online I would go to a website that specialized in that one area. I wrote a post a month ago called How To make a Blog and make money in which I tell people step by step how RichInwriters.com was built and also my opinion on blogging.
I’m not the best Writer
Some of you reading this can write 10 times better than me yet you will choose to work for someone your entire life. The point I try to make with RichInwriters.com s FREEDOM!!! The internet is here the worldwide web is here why waste your time working for someone else. RedGage.com is very creative idea but the reality is that the time you spend writing or contributing for Redgage.com could be used on creating your own blog. I mean that’s if you want to do that? I meet people every day that have wonderful and creative minds but because their too scared to take a risk they’ll never reach their financial potential.
My RedGage.com Conclusion
I cannot say whether or not Redgage.com does or does not pay because I’m not a member of their program but what I can say is before you sign up make sure you read their terms and conditions namely section eight titled “8. Revenue and Payment Terms” there’s one section I’d like to point out
“(b) Payments Due RedGage.
Sponsor Fees
The method of calculating fees You may owe RedGage will be set forth in any Advertiser Agreement between You and RedGage. RedGage reserves the right to charge for certain features of the RedGage Partner Program, such as Management Services or Applications and to change its fees from time to time in its discretion. ”
If for some reason many of you are not receiving money from Redgage.com it might be covered in their terms and conditions section, I know reading that information might be something many of you don’t want to do but it’s something i think you all should do it saves allot of time in the long run.
Some Information about Advertisers
As an example I do affiliate marketing for some health and wellness companies and there are people I have to pay. Now for me it’s only 10 people i have to pay so many times I will pay them before I get paid by my parent company but the key thing is there’s only 10 people I have to pay. Redgage.com seems like huge online company with lots of members so my guess (this is only speculation on my part) is until their advertisers pay them they can’t pay their members and reading their terms it seems as though there are fees associated with Redgage.com. So for clarity purposes I recommend contacting the redgage.com staff for more information on this.

I was just going to join this website when i decided to do some google search to see if it is real. Thanks for your point. I would just have to do my own thing than rather work for people.
I used Redgage for backlinks to my blog and drive traffic to it that way. I did get one payment from them of $25 and they charge you $5 to set up the gift card. So, in reality, I got $20. It’s not a site I would recommend for writing or even for making money. It took me a whole year just about to get that gift card. You get about .06 for ever 100 views you get. Do your own blog like this site says to do. Redgage is only good for linking to your own blog and you can’t profit a little off of that. However, save your original writing for your own blog. Redgage has been known to flag accounts as well for using Twitter and if some of the complainers on that site complain, you’re account will be flagged as well because they don’t like to see people getting a ton of views compared to what they get. That’s just a little tip if someone should try it.
I am one of the high earners at redgage, and can tell you, in my honest opinion, the site is not a scam. I have earned over $600, and been paid several hundred of that already. Most of the stories of people not getting paid lies at their content, they uploaded content that they themselves did not create. Redgage will ban you for posting any content you do not own the rights to.
If you know how to work the site, using twitter and twaitter together, you can earn $2 to $3 a day legally. So I would not simply brush it off as a site that doesn’t pay much. That said, something happened early this year which is causing me to rethink the site. In February a couple dozen members, me included, had no earnings posted for that month. Redgage promised quick action, repeatedly, yet six months later, me and the other members still haven’t been paid our earnings for February.
Since then, redgage has been posting earnings later and later each month, and in June, other members in good standing, began to complain that they had no earnings showing for June. I checked and found I had my earnings posted, but one of my friends did not.
Then in July, I got snake bit againj, no earnings posted for the entire month of July. For weeks, redgage told its members that they were a little behind, but now we in well into august, and still no earnings for July. And this effects most of the members, if not all, so this is much more wide spread then the first missed earnings.
For me, this is not a small matter. I average about $80 a month, so two missed months or earnings has now cost me about $160, that’s money I earned but redgage has. This is not a good trend.
My advice to anyone thinking of joining is to go slow, don’t put too much time into it until the site starts paying people regular again.
I had over 125.00 on the credit card they sent but when I go to use the card gets declined.
