Scripted.com Review Is It a Scam?
Based on my reviews, Scripted or Scripted.com is legit and not a scam, but there’s a reason why it has so much negative feedback and it’s because of billing and writers feeling like they’re not being compensated properly. This is a common problem in most writing platforms.
With that said, there really isn’t any perfect model of being a writer, which is why more and more writers are joining eBook Designrr as their platform offers a lot more in flexibility profitably and ease of use, I highly recommend watching the eBook Designrr video before either spending money on Scripted or applying to be one of their writers.
I personally think eBook Designrr is a far better option for freelance writers than Scripted.com, which in many ways traps you to their platform.
As an example, I can write my post comfortably on Microsoft Word or even WordPress and upload that post to eBook Designrr I don’t have to worry about going through Scripted or paying Scripted a monthly fee.
It’s not that I’m calling Scripted.com a scam, but there’s a cost to using it and they put a lot of restrictions on you. Depending on when you read this post the eBook Designrr may still be at a discount, but even when it’s not discounted, what you get at eBook Designrr in many ways can make Scripted.com seem obsolete.
In regards to the spell check, consider Grammarly their upgrade is enough for you not only to check your own grammar, but to also check the spelling of other people’s grammar.
So as an example, if you have a basic understanding of the English language, it’s not that Grammarly will get it right 100% of the time, but it will point out mistakes that you can look over and review and alter in the event that someone is paying you to proofread their work.
A lot of the people on Freelance websites who are paid proof readers, use Grammarly. Although Scripted isn’t a scam, you’ll quickly learn after using their service that you might be better off using considering the options I added to this post. Most people won’t tell you about this, either because they don’t know or because they’d prefer to keep it to themselves.
If you’re going to join Scripted.com make sure you familiarize yourself with their billing, it’s one of the major complaints with their services. Any questions or concerns you have regarding Scripted.com should be sent to their staff directly.
