SmokeAssist.com review is it a Scam
As a occasional smoker i was interested in learning about the new technology being offered by smoke assist, i actually heard about it these electronic cigarettes back in 2008 when they were first introduced but i found them to be way to expensive. When i first saw the Smokeassist.com commercial i actually considered making a purchase that is until i read the terms and conditions. Before you buy this product make sure you read the terms and conditions.
I know this sounds a bit repetitive but i want to get this though to the Canadian and American consumers before you enter your credit card information into any form online make sure you read the terms and conditions even if you don’t read it completely make sure you at least skim through it. Below is excerpt from the Smokeassist.com website which can be found at the bottom of their page in the fine print. I highly recommend you read it for yourself before ordering. Below are the parts i found most useful.

Smoke Assist The Product Review
I’m not sure what it is maybe they are receiving too many orders at once but the common complaint with this product is delivery time and refunds. One thing i would like to point out is that the electronic cigarette is heavier than most people are led to believe. The electronic cigarette in my personal opinion is something every smoker is interested in trying out but not necessarily purchasing. Although it does seem like a cheaper alternative long term the truth is you will still be hooked to Smoke Assist one way or another. My personal opinion is before you make your smoke assist purchase be sure to contact the Smoke Assist staff for yourself and ask them questions about their product you can do this by visiting their contact page at www.smokeassist.com/CustomerService.dtm
Please share your experiences with Smoke Assist below by sharing you help others in their purchasing decisions.
What I consider to be a much better alternative can be found by going to the v2cigs.com website.
I ordered on 3-7-2011, received 3-14-2011, a free trial w/20 cartridges. The package I got contained a cigarette battery i did not request. My bank account was debted an additional $39.95 for this unit which does not fit to device included in my freetrial package. I inquired to help address 3 days ago and have no reply. 800-555-7040 has given no help either. How do i get assistance in this matter? Sincerely, Ms. Sieple
I ordered smoke from a commercial for a “free” 30 day trail. When I called I was told I would only be charged $9.95 S/H, and if I did not like
the product I could just call and cancel my membership and they would not send me any more cartridges and I did not have to send anything back. I got the person’s name and ext.#. When I recieved the package I had been charged 99.95+9.95=$109.90. I called the 800-555-7040 and the lady acted like she couldn’t understand anything I was asking and kept giving the same answer. “Return the product and we will not send any more cartridges but you do not get a refund.” I ask for the person I had placed my order with and she said she was not aviable. I ask for a supervisor and was put on hold. The lady came back and told me there was no supervisor avialble but to try the product for 30 days and I could return it for a full refund. I ask for her name and ext.# and she gave me a different name but same ext.# that the girl who took my order gave me. So, I tried it then I read the letter that came with the kit and it said if the cartridges were open they could not be returned for a refund. How can you try it for 30 days without opening the cartridges? This is a total SCAM!!!!! Do not order anything from these people!!!!
This is a great tip especially to those new to the blogosphere.
