SUPER GOVERNMENT: Health union calls on Ontario’s provincial government to take over 3 long-term care homes – April 19, 2020,
If you’re trying to attract the best and brightest in the world, you know what you don’t do? devalue your currency while at the same time artificially raising the cost of living, because you know what happens when you do that? The people who actually work for a living might have to have 2-3 extra jobs just to buy the basic necessities.
I support Canada’s health care community through the good times and the bad, they take care of the sick and do obs that most Canadians collecting Welfare feel is beneath them. Capitalism revolves around doing your best in pursuit of a better life. When people have more PROPERTY they tend to do better in the community.
If I go to work as a nurse and I have to come back home to 1 bedroom shoebox apartment, inflated food prices okayed by the Conservative, NDP and Liberal Party’s, higher energy costs via the Federal Liberals and an overall more expensive cost living, I don’t know if I’m going to be able to think straight while I’m at work.
We have all of these people all over Canada doing NOTHING, collecting the same fiat government money that people who actually work are collecting and when something goes wrong people turn on our health care professionals. I’m not standing for it, pay them more, lower their costs of living all that free money that Trudeau is giving away to people who lost their jobs and didn’t save for a rainy day, ye give that money to the health care professionals who are being asked to do unrealistic tasks
All the nurses working and doing their job within the Government guidelines, those are what you call the best and brightest, but don’t expect them to be the norm. There are fuck ups at every single job and if management any health care facility is n a position in which it has to take the medical professionals that are available, well, that’s called a government welfare failure.
Welfare is supposed to be for people down on their luck, welfare is not supposed to be for everybody who feels like certain jobs are beneath them to do. I support the health care workers in Canada including the incompetent ones, if they passed the government exams, it’s the government’s fault for allowing them to be working.
I assume now, Doug Ford is going to fix the problem right? This is ridiculous, this is why Conservatives like myself write about deficit spending and welfare all the time, what is the government going to do now? Make becoming or being a medical professional in Ontario even harder? Are we going to raise the barrier to entry even more?
A lot of Nurses make less money than Canada Post workers, Canada Post workers complain about picking up heavy boxes imagine a 140-pound woman flipping over an elderly man? Imagine a 120-pound woman bathing a clothing a sick elderly 200-pound person, while at the same time having to abide by Government regulations.
I can almost guarantee that the heads of the Union don’t do the heavy lifting jobs medical jobs. What is going on in Canada is ridiculous! I support Canada’s Health Care regardless of what they do during this global epidemic. All these Unions and Government people are proving to be useless right now. The best thing any politician has done during this outbreak is print money and over spend!
I know the economic ramifications of printing money while at the same time being less productive apparently these labour unions and government workers don’t Canada prepare yourselves accordingly!
