Tony Horton’s 10-Minute Trainer Band Tutorial

First off I must commend Tony Horton on a great 10 minute training DVD. It’s so perfect for me the only thing I wanted to mention in this post is the Band Tutorial information. Before you order his training I highly recommend you watch this video below

To be honest you could probably get great results without the Band Tutorial but I know some people want the full experience and I don’t want people to purchase Tony Horton’s 10-Minute Trainer and then wind up disappointed because they can’t get the full experience.

Why use 10 minute trainer

I’m sure if you’re reading this you’ve heard about Tony Horton’s P90X® Extreme Training over 40 million copies sold you can’t argue with that, but the problem most people had with P90X® Extreme Training is that it took an hour and let’s be honest most of us don’t have an hour a day. For me Tony Horton’s 10-Minute Trainer was perfect I actually wanted it to get back into shape for the summer and I look at it more as way to jump start myself back into getting into shape for the rest of my life.

What I found out by watching these video’s however is the 10 minutes in itself is a real work out you can literally feel the burn and because its only 10 minutes it’s easy to commit too. Although it might not work for everyone it definitely works for me. I think the program is great but I don’t think the customer support is that good so if you sign up make sure you read the terms and conditions.
