Why I may have underestimated Andrew Scheer and Maxime Bernier – May 29, 2019,
Initially, I thought it would take a second term with Justin Trudeau as Prime Minister of Canada, for Canadians to finally have enough of the Liberal brand, however, I may be wrong, why? Because it appears that Liberals are digging themselves into an early a grave. In Canada, most voters vote blindly for the Liberals or some other Left-wing political party. A large segment of the Canadian population, currently associate Liberals with kindness, open borders, and welfare for all.
If you’re a Right-winger it’s had for you to comprehend how people could be so foolish to believe that open borders and welfare equate to prosperity, however, it’s equally important to grasp that in the minds of the modern Left, it’s hard for them to see how cultural-marxism can destroy a society. Once people believe that a big government can solve all problems, it’s hard to change their minds, especially if they’re of the belief that the government they’re voting for is kinder and more loving to the “poor” than every other political party. What Justin Trudeau has done to interrupt this narrative however is his bullying, when you can’t stand firm on your convictions, your beliefs, and your morals, your demands for others come across as bullying.
Justin Trudeau’s Cabinet has tried to Bully China, Saudi Arabia, companies like Facebook and Twitter, his political rivals and his also been very dishonest, the Jody Wilson-Raybould case was both dishonesty and bullying on full display, he kicked her out for exposing corruption, then he uses his personal ideology to justify a carbon tax, which is causing rampant inflation in British Colombia and other parts of the country. When you’re foundation isn’t firmly planted and you’re a leader, who doesn’t believe in the laws of volunteerism you’ll inevitably come across as a bully. Too fast, too soon, Justin Trudeau, if he loses the upcoming 2019 election, will go down in history as Canada’s dumbest Prime minister. He will be a permanent meme, people will say when another Liberal comes to power remember Trudeau and the embarrassment and money he cost this country.
It really is that serious, this coming election should be taken very seriously by the Liberals as they may find themselves on the outside looking in for many years to come. A few things to note about the Liberals if they leave the office and are replaced by the Conservatives, firstly the Conservatives tend to be more Private Sector friendly, although a Conservative-backed the Liberals to control Facebook and Twitter, the Conservatives would be wise to stay away from the Freedom of speech topic if they become leaders, secondly if the Conservatives win the upcoming election, Maxime Bernier’s People’s Party of Canada all of sudden because the alternative for the center-Right Conservatives.
What does this mean exactly, it means for the first time in Canadian history, while the Conservatives have power, they’ll be an actually Freedom loving Right Wing Party that people can start to get familiar with. Center-Right politics equates to picking economic winners and losers, center right politics feels good when you’re the perceived winner of regulation via legislation, but it cuts deep when you’re on the losing end of an authoritarian backed regulation that might change your life entirely. You’re already seeing flaws with Jason Kenny and Doug Ford, it’s only a matter of time before their concepts ruling are challenged. Where Maxime Bernier comes in is his push for a more free Canada and his ability to be the alternative.
What about the NDP, Liberals, and Greens, won’t they be a threat to take back office? Sure they will, but part of the reason Justin Trudeau is being exposed for his incompetence is that Canadians remember what life was like under Stephen Harper. My personal economic prosperity began under Stephen Harper, while Chretien and Martin were Prime ministers those were the toughest economic times of my life. I think a lot of Canadians will attest life was better under Stephen Harper in comparison to Justin Trudeau and the reality was we didn’t think about Politics as much under Stephen Harper as we’re forced to do under Justin Trudeau.
With that said, the feeling people get under Justin Trudeau’s Liberals is a feeling of embarrassment, he’s uncomfortable to look at, he’s uncomfortable to listen too, it’s embarrassing to admitting that he’s the leader of your country, it’s embarrassing, even Leftist agree Justin Trudeau is an embarrassment, but for many of the die-hard Liberal and Leftist voters an idiot leader is better than a Conservative and this is why I had Justin Trudeau winning the 2019 election, because I’m of the mind that Leftist all over Canada will show up to the ballot boxes to vote for Trudeau. Now, the problem is if Leftist do this, there is going to be a massive divide in Canada, I guarantee you that if Justin Trudeau wins a second term it’s going to hurt Right-Wingers so much that the political divide in Canada will no longer be in hiding it will be in plain sight.
This, of course, equates to the abolishment of the Liberal Party for a very long time, until systemic changes. That aside, why I admit I could be wrong is that Justin Trudeau’s Liberals might meet that fate if Scheer wins the coming election. If Scheer wins, it actually gives the People’s Party of Canada a chance to enhance its platform, it also means the end to Justin Trudeau as leader of the Liberal Party. Now, be honest, can you think off the top of your head any Liberal that Canadians would vote for going forward?
Justin Trudeau won because of name recognition, the Liberal brand was finished after Paul Martin lost to Stephen Harper. The Paul Martin, Jean Chretien Liberals were so corrupt that when it all was exposed they basically disappeared from the public, Paul Martins loss was an embarrassment, when he lost you could see it in his body language, Liberal corruption had been exposed, brought to light and it destroyed the Party, name recognition won Justin Trudeau the election.
The NDP’s track record is so horrendous that even though many people disagreed that Jagmeet Singh should be the leader, they ran him anyway, why? Not because he was the smartest, they ran him because South Asians are one of if not the fastest growing ethnic demographics in Canada.
I’ve met South Asians that are Conservative that will be voting for Jagmeet Singh purely on the basis of his skin color and ethnicity. This is the modern day Left, lacking in any real substance, instead opting for dirty politics.
The two white NDP leaders current B.C Premier John Horgan and former Alberta Premier Rachel Notley did and are doing horrible jobs as Premiers, without their ability to play the race card and divisive identity politics they have nothing to offer voters except for higher costs of living and inefficiencies. So, with the internet and independent media, what’s happening more and more is information that challenges the authoritarian orthodoxies that modern-day Liberals and Leftist subscribe too, are now being challenged and the modern day leftist can’t win win a moral or economic debate, that ship has long sailed, however they can in a game of dirty politics to an ill-informed voter, which is why Justin Trudeau’s cabinet gave media bailout packages and why Justin Trudeau’s Liberals and the NDP are doing everything in their power to limit your freedom of speech.
Now, the Conservatives are also going after freedom of speech, but not as aggressively, which also gives Maxime Bernier People’s Party of Canada the opportunity to grow their platform in the next 3 years. Maxime Bernier won’t win the upcoming election, but imagine he got even 5% of the vote, seems small right? Well the up and coming Party on the Left, in my opinion, is the Green Party.
I actually think the Green party would be better suited if they embraced Center-Right politics with an emphasis on the environment. The reality is under the right leadership the Green Party could easily replace the Liberals and the NDP who basically have nothing to offer voters at this point. But from what I’ve heard the Greens, will be uniting with Liberals and the NDP this election cycle which I think is silly.
It appears Maxime Bernier has put himself in an excellent position, regardless of who wins the upcoming Federal election. Maxime already has built infrastructure and all it takes is a few wins and his message will start to get heard and quite frankly unless the modern day Leftist reform to their classical Liberal stances, this new economy that’s creeping it’s way into the world is going to leave the modern day Left in the dust. Innovation, namely technological innovations are making big government useless.
It’s getting more and more obvious now, everything the government touches becomes more expensive for citizens, be honest, even if you disagree with me, government services via taxation is making everything more expensive when the government picks a winner, like when Chinese made solar panels got taxpayer funding, the price for energy went up for all Canadians, all those green energy bills and carbon taxes that benefited foreign manufacturers, made life more expensive for Canadian taxpayers, even if you believe in Global warming, at least admit that your cost of living is rising to fund foreign entities like the Chinese Communist Party.
It hasn’t hit most people yet, because they don’t understand, but technology has made a lot of government workers obsolete, I’ve read about accountants and tax professionals becoming obsolete, the reality is most government positions are obsolete with the technology, it’s only because there aren’t many reports about the silly government jobs taxpayers pay for, haven’t been released, understood or comprehended by voters, is why many of these expensive government services still exist.
A lot of Crown Corporations need to be dissolved, if you’re not a railroad or providing an essential service, why are taxpayers being forced to finance you? LCBO, ICBC, CBC, Quebec is filled with nonessential public services and Crown Corporation monopolies, as the voter becomes more educated on the inner workings of these government institutions, and how much they cost us, this is when educated voters won’t be fooled by modern-day Leftist propaganda and it’s at this point where the People’s Part of Canada, can compel the modern day Left to bring actual substance to debates and discussions. Leftist reform is important because the Classical Left, the Jordan Peterson types were instrumental in bringing about Conservative, Religious reforms to the Western world.
People were able to listen to side by side debates, rooted in facts, not feelings about why the church and state should be separate entities. Debates rooted in facts is extremely important, because calling your opponent a name, like a racist, because he/she disagrees with you, isn’t constructive debate, it’s an indication of your ignorance on a topic. A Classical Liberal didn’t need to open the borders or increase welfare spending to prove his/her point. The evidence was rooted in allowing freedom amongst individuals to decide.
When person “A” left the oppression of religion, person “A” didn’t destroy society or become a delinquent. The Classical Liberal argument wasn’t if we give person “A” a bunch of free money that came from the hard work of person “B”, then Person A would be better off and society should keep this arrangement in operation now and into infinity.
No, the classical Liberal arguments were rooted in Liberating humanity from all forms of oppression.
The Leftist need reform and I’m open to anything that will make them consider reforming themselves. I wish Maxime Bernier and the People’s Party of Canada all the best.
Interesting times ahead.
