Will Western Canadian Separation Gain Traction? ‘No option:’ Alberta bans home gatherings as COVID-19 cases continue to climb – November 25, 2020,
There’s something very seductive about the government response to COID-19… ‘FREE MONEY’, similar to the welfare State getting paid money that currently has value to do nothing is very appealing to a lot of people. Ever since women have gotten the right to vote, the world has moved in a Socialist direction as women tend to seek what they perceive to be ‘security’.
However to fair unionized men who seeked to use the force of government to force their employers to pay them a wage they deemed fit was got this entire socialist totalitarian train in motion. Had it not been for MEN fighting for social security, minimum wages, and protectionism from competition, women wouldn’t have the political blueprint they have today.
A lot of women are in the medical community and women tend to take the safety-first approach to everything and if you reward people for being unproductive, why shouldn’t they be unproductive? I’d argue that Canada, as well as other countries in the world, are in the ‘Late-Stage-Socialism’ phase.
During this period, only austerity measures can fix the economy, however, austerity measures will be the last thing on people’s minds, which means that things will get a lot worse before they get any better. By worse I mean there will be more socialism before someone is brave enough to bring a market solution.
Although I believe election fraud led to Donald Trump losing the election, the reason republican voters didn’t get passionate enough to make their State governments do a legal recount in my opinion is that Trump behaved the way Jason Kenney is behaving. In the face of tyranny, the Donald folded, as an example, he sent out stimulus checks he bragged about the bloated stock market, he hired a lot of swamp creatures he claimed to want to get rid of, although there was some substance to Donald Trump, what he proved to me is that we’re in a ‘Late Stage Socialism’ phase.
Late Stage Socialism is derived from Karl Marx he started the term Late Stage Capitalism. As Karl Marx points out, the flaw in capitalism is that it drives down prices and labor costs, well socialism as we know does the opposite, socialism will inflate costs even in the face of deflationary unproductive economic forces.
So I write that we’re in a Late-Stage Socialism phase and under a fiat monetary system this means that the economic crisis will be a CASH-FLOW crisis. Alberta’s government has been cutting the cost of living, however, with transfer payments still a thing, one has to wonder in the long term what does that mean for Alberta.
In Canada, our entire system is structured to benefit the unproductive and when Alberta leadership takes a stance such as banning home gatherings when their death count is nowhere near Quebec, one has to question.
It should also be mentioned ignoring Canadian territories Alberta has Canada’s youngest population

All of that aside, the title of this post is will Western Separation gain traction, it’s the economy stupid, people tend to be complacent as long as the economy holds up, politicians feel powerful as long as the economy holds up. Vladimir Putin and Xi Jinping have managed to cling to power because the people of their respective countries have felt their standard of living improve.
That’s how this usually works, so for as long as the economy functions, Albertan voters will feel like they’re taking a serious risk by voting for the People’s Party of Canada or a Western Separatist Party so long as the economy holds up. But as you’ll see if you visit the Fraser institute website, Western Canada is holding Canada together.
But you see that’s the problem isn’t it, Western Canada will have to pay for what is inevitably going to happen to eastern Canada. Now although on paper it appears that Ontario is the most bankrupt province in Canada, on a cash-flow basis Quebec is in far worse shape.
Quebec in many ways has decimated its market economy, I would argue Quebec would have serious price discovery problems if the Canadian economy does crash. You might also notice Newfoundland as one of the most indebted provinces in Canada, well transfer payments are still a thing, I can’t say what will happen in Alberta, but you’re beginning to get a clearer picture of where the Canadian economy is headed as the government gets bigger and more Authoritarian.
Kenney is catering to the Left vote, just like Donald Trump did and by doing this he is alienating actual Conservatives. In America, if you weren’t paying attention a lot of libertarians threw Donald Trump under the bus, Rand Paul as an example if you listened to him when talking about Donald trump tends to focus on foreign policy and ignores Trumps’ economic record.
This is what Jason Kenney is doing and this is what leads to Socialists gaining traction. Now I’d prefer Canadians to choose liberty and vote for the People’s Party of Canada, but I don’t think in Albertans minds that things have gotten that bad yet which again plays into my theory of late-stage socialism. When the cost of living goes up drastically during a deflationary period, people tend to wake up to tyranny!
